KJ has been playing and improvising on the piano since 10. He performs a diverse range of musical styles, from jazz, latin/bossa nova, contemporary, pop, film music to light classical music, in various settings, from solo piano, duos to jazz trio / quartet and various ensembles he leads. He has performed for events for brands / companies such as DBS, UBS, Patek Philip, Youtube, Google, Club Med, Changi Airport Group, Gardens by the Bay and National Gallery Singapore.
He has performed for festivals such as IMEX (Indonesia Music Expo), ASEAN Jazz Festival, MOSAIC Music Festival, Sentosa Jazz by the Beach, and his original music has been showcased in Hong Kong, Japan, Spain, Brazil, the UK and France.
