Miyuki wanted to surprise her husband for his birthday, and so arranged for us to set up at the Club L’Opera at Boat Quay, which she co-owns with her husband, before he arrived. As requested by Miyuki, we performed a selection of classical pieces as the couple dined by themselves. Finally, the staff of L’Opera appeared together with a birthday cake and we accompanied them as they sang a birthday song for him.
