To celebrate the opening of the Masters in Public Administration and Management Programme, the client engaged our string quartet to perform a set of 3 pieces. The VIP for the opening ceremony was Mr. Sam Tan Chin Siong, Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office & Ministry of Manpower.
