Vetta Quartet was honoured to perform for Erik and Lisa’s wedding the Shangri La.

Erik comes from a musical family in Europe, and as such, there were a few world-class classically-trained musicians amongst the 70 closest family and friends coming in from Australia, United States, Europe, Japan and Malaysia.

Erik’s father, Maarten Boasson, an accomplished cellist, performed as well, accompanied on the piano by noted Singaporean pianist Lim Yan.

Erik and I are amazed how the modern pieces have been translated to string quartet version. Excellent job!

All of you played beautifully and many people enjoyed the choice of pieces.
